        Adams County AOK FY27 Network Meetings occur typically on the third Thursday of every month, with the exception of September. Two meeting options – choose ONE to attend. 9-10AM = Virtual via Microsoft Teams and 3-4PM = in-person at the Adams County Health Department.

        An IRIS Community of Practice meeting is a quarterly gathering of network partners who come together to share updates, strengthen collaboration, and learn from one another’s experiences using the IRIS referral system.
