- Monitoring the process through ongoing collection of data and stories to evaluate the effectiveness of the System, which includes:

- Service Capacity
- Family Satisfaction
- Continually improving the monitoring process to assure families get access to the services and resources they need
- Developing strategic initiatives to address service needs and utilization issues
